The doctors check all results and information regarding results can be obtained from a receptionist by telephoning after 3pm.
If the results require discussion then you will be asked to make an appointment. Please do not be alarmed by this but if you are worried please ask to speak to the doctor. In general, if a result requires urgent attention, the doctor will telephone you directly or write to you. So, when you have a blood test due, please ensure that your contact details are correct on your medical record.
