Practice Team

Business Managers , Mr Richard Gravestock, Mr Rick Jones, Operations Supervisor Jane Monté and our team of receptionists, led by Mrs Linda Stanley, will help you with all your requests.

Their aim is to keep the practice running smoothly and deliver a first class service to you. They appreciate that things sometimes go wrong and would like to know when it does so they can try to put it right. When contacting the surgery, the staff will often need to ask you for more details in order to help you; please note that anything you tell them will be treated in the strictest confidence, the staff being bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the doctors.

Please note that patients are asked to treat the staff with the respect that they deserve and that any abusive and threatening behaviour towards anyone working at Hove Medical Centre will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the list.
