Accurx Total Triage System

In line with the new NHS England GP contract, we have introduced a new appointment booking and triage system to make accessing care easier.

By using a single system called Accurx Total Triage, all requests can now be reviewed daily to ensure patients are offered appointments based on clinical need and with the most appropriate clinician first time. All clinical requests will be triaged by our experienced clinical team.

As requests can be submitted throughout the day starting at 7.30am , there is no longer a need for the 8.30am or 2pm rush or long waits on the telephone.

The new platform also allows patients to submit administrative requests such as sick/fit notes, prescription queries, and more.

For patients who do not have online access, our Reception Team will be happy to help by completing the online form with you over the phone or in person at the surgery.

How to Book an Appointment

Submit an Online Request via Accurx Total Triage. Once submitted, it will be reviewed and triaged by one of our experienced clinicians.

We understand that not everyone can complete the form online. Our Reception Team will be available to guide you through the same process in person or by telephone. Please note that they will ask the same questions, some of which may be of a personal nature, as this information is needed to triage your request effectively.
