Please request repeat prescriptions two working days before required by using the re-order slip included with your prescription or in writing if you do not have this. Please include a stamped self-addressed envelope if you would like your prescription posted back to you.

Please note that that many of the local chemists offer schemes whereby your repeat prescriptions can be ordered on your behalf. Please enquire at the surgery or at your local chemist for details of these schemes.

Please do not telephone for repeat prescriptions, as the staff have been instructed not to accept such requests. Your re-order slip includes details of when your next medication review is due and you will be asked to make an appointment by reception if this is pending or overdue.
