If you live within the practice area you are welcome to register at Hove Medical Centre. You will be asked to provide proof of identity,e.g your passport or an EU identity card, and proof of your current address, for example, a utility bill, in your name, which is no more than 3 months old or a rent book

All new patients are asked to see one of the practice nurses or the health care assistant for a simple health check which should be booked as soon as possible after registration.

If you are not entitled to receive NHS services, the reception staff will be pleased to advise you about private general practice services available locally.
