The practice manager, Mrs Vanessa Elliott, the assistant practice manager, Mrs Linda Stanley, and our team of receptionists will help you with all your requests.

The admin team tries to keep the practice running smoothly whenever possible, but we would ask for your understanding if there are problems from time to time. The staff will often need to ask you for more details in order to help you; please remember that anything you tell them will be treated in the strictest confidence, the staff being bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the doctors. 

Please note that patients are asked to treat the staff with the respect that they deserve and that any abusive and threatening behaviour towards anyone working at Hove Medical Centre will not be tolerated.
