A variety of problems can be managed by a telephone consultation so if you would like to speak to a doctor or nurse please give the receptionist brief details of your problem and you will be telephoned at some stage during the morning or afternoon.

Please make it clear if you are will be unavailable at any time. However, as the workload is variable and the unexpected can happen, the doctor or nurse cannot undertake to call back at a particular time although every effort will be made to contact you within a reasonable time frame. If after discussion with you, the doctor or nurse think that an appointment is necessary this will be arranged for you.
