If you are too ill to attend the surgery and think that you may need a home visit, please telephone the surgery before 11.00am. The doctor will telephone you to discuss your problem and visit you if this is medically necessary.

Requests for urgent home visits can, of course, be made at any time. If your own GP is unable to attend, you may be visited by an urgent care doctor from the Roving GP service or by another health care professional.
